The KT range of precision gear pumps covers flows from 0.5cc/rev to 630cc/rev, pressures from 8 bar to 400 bar, and fluid viscosities up to 20,000 CST. The pumps are manufactured in grey cast iron with hardened steel shafts and gears. The pumps have exceptional longevity as compared with our competition, and when combined with our technical backup service they are second to none.

The range of media capable of being pumped include: Tar, Molasses, Foams, Inks, Pentane, Syrups, Chocolate, Viscous Liquids, Bitumen, Aggressive Chemicals, Polyurethanes, Resins, Solvents, Oils & Fats, Adhesives and many others.

All pumps can be supplied with bellhousings, couplings, flanges, electric motors, gearboxes, etc. to individual customer specifications with complete units mounted on a baseplate.

The KT Pump range is split into three main types and includes ATEX certified products for use in hazardous locations:

BT
up to 8 Bar pressure for use on liquids with an abrasive nature and high corrosive effects like resins, paints & varnishes, as well as high viscosity fluids like adhesives and bitumen.

up to 40 Bar pressure for use on liquids up to 15000 CST viscosity, with many different seal options including Nitrile, Viton, PTFE and Mechanical seals. These pumps come with many options including integral relief valves, foot brackets, port options and construction.

up to 400 Bar Pressure for use on liquids up to 600 CST with standard pumps and higher with the Durotec range. The pumps can be staged to make tandem, triple or other options in any displacement as required.
