The KTH range of equipment relating to flow measurement, which includes Atex certified products for use in hazardous environments, can be divided into three main sections.


VOLUME COUNTERS
An extensive series of Volume Counters are offered which are designed to be places in the fluid flow line and produce a square wave output who's frequency provides flow rate measurement and when totalled provides volume measurement.

The eight counter sizes combined with the different sealing, bearing and construction material options make the range suitable for fitting into most flow lines what ever the media. Two further additional options of high temperature and intrinsically safe configuration further extent usage to hazardous environments.

ELECTRONIC MICRO-CONTROLLERS
Where ever the Volume Counter is used there is a requirement to receive the pulsed output signal and convert it into a usable format compatible with application needs. Where customers are not using their own computerised or a PLC interface KTH offer a number of standard Micro-Controller packages to meet the needs of most applications of many industries including :-

CONTROL ACCESSORIES
KTH are able to design complete systems for customers if required, or specify and supply auxiliary equipment such as inverters and where necessary provide fully assembled and tested assemblies in control cabinets.
